System MB-70

Vertimar - window, door, construction stonemasonry

MB-70 is a modern aluminum system, serving to perform the demanding thermal and acoustic insulation exterior architectural building elements, eg.: different types of windows, door, vestibules, sites, spatial structures.
The system profiles have a three-chamber structure. The structural depth of the window is: 70 mm (frame), 79 mm (wing), and the door: 70 mm i 70 mm. Such assumed depths of casement and frame sections give the effect of one surface from the exterior side after closing – in the case of the window, and the facing effect to the surfaces of casement and frame – in the case of doors.

The shape of the profiles allows achieving slender and resistant windows and doors.

The MB-70 is characterized by a sensationally low heat transfer coefficient U, thanks to the use of special thermal separators and gaskets. This is very important in the era of increasing demands for energy management and environmental protection.

The coefficient Uf for constructions of the MB-70 depending on the applied profiles and accessories range from 1,5 do 2,39 W/m2K. The system uses thermal profiled omega-shaped with a width 34 (window) i 24 (door) mm of glass fiber reinforced polyamide.

The offered shape of breaks increases the rigidity of profiles as compared to flat breaks and facilitates the section drainage, ensuring the appropriate thermal insulation in all weather conditions. Thermal breaks applied in the windows have additional gaskets at the junction of the sections, as well as tongues dividing the chamber between the internal and external aluminum in three parts.

The tightness is assured thanks to application of special gaskets made of two-component EPDM synthetic rubber: Solid and mobile, which provides resistance to aging during long-term operation and very good thermal insulation.

MB-70 is the first system, in which the central gasket used in this type of material. The system allows using sets of glass thickness of 21 mm do 57 mm in window casements and from 12 mm do 48 mm in fixed windows and door sashes. Such a wide range of the infill thickness guarantees application of all standard and custom windows. Large selection of colors in the standard palette makes it possible to satisfy the needs of the most demanding customers. Color coatings are made using powder coating or anodising.

The colors and texture of veneers may vary from.
